As a charming shophouse hotel with cozy spaces, our rooms do not accommodate extra beds. However, subject to availability, we do offer a connecting room option, which links one of our elegant suites with a deluxe room, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
Please note that children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and should be booked in separate beds. We kindly request that you select the appropriate room type to ensure a comfortable stay.
Our check-in time is 3pm SGT and check-out time is 12pm SGT.
We take the comfort and well-being of all our guests seriously, which is why smoking is strictly prohibited in our hotel.
Kindly be informed that we are unable to place in any baby cot/extra bed in the guest rooms.
Alternatively, we can place additional pillows upon request, and it is subject to availability on your arrival date.

We would like to inform you that we accept payments via credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Amex), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and PayNow. For cash payments, please note that we only accept Singapore dollars. Additionally, a security deposit of $100 is required at check-in, which will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of your room at check-out.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate pets at Claude Hotel. All kinds of pets are not allowed in the guest rooms or on the hotel’s premises.
If you are arriving from Changi Airport, board the train at CG2 Changi Airport station, travel to EW4 Tanah Merah station, and transfer to the train heading towards the city. Disembark at EW16 Outram Park station. Then, transfer to the Thomson-East Coast Line at TE17 Outram Park station and alight at TE18 Maxwell station.
From TE18 Maxwell station, take Exit 3. Our hotel is a short 3-minute walk from the station.
Yes, you can host a party in your hotel room, but we kindly ask that it concludes by 10pm for the comfort of other guests.
